黑管我來自台灣,因為來墨爾本念餐飲,又因為市區住房品質普遍不佳,所以自住並提供空出來的房間給同樣想法的妳/你。

My name is Frank.I come from Taiwan and study the commercial cookery in Melbourne.Because the quality of the living deteriorated in the city,I want to rent some clean and spacious rooms sincerely.

黑管的來由是我高中管樂吹黑管而來,我也喜歡拍照和煮菜,愛好潛水。

My nickname is clarinet,because I was in the wind music,and I like to take the pictures and cook,even go diving.

小窩在墨爾本市區William street和La trobe交接,房型三房一衛,可提供雙人房(附雙人床,書桌椅)

My house is located across William ST. and La trobe St.3 bedrooms with a bathroom and doouble-bed in the double room with a desk and a chair.

交通:近Flagstaff車站(就在對面),到centre搭tram只要兩站,到唐人街只要三站(走路也只要10分鐘)

Transportation:Near the Flagstaff station,and near the citycircle

周邊:近Flagstaff garden可野餐慢跑,到維多利亞市場只要5分鐘

Neighborhood:Flagstaff Garden and Queen Victoria market

工作/學校:皆方便

Job/Education Institute:Convenient and a variety of choices 

其他:William Angliss若提供折價小卡,我將提供給房客

房租:雙人房(1):$160/週   雙人房(2):單人$150/週

Rent:Single:Doubled(1):a man or woman$160 Double(2):a man or woman$150 Double

Bill:包水,電,網路,瓦斯 (但不使用冷氣和暖氣)

Bill:Including water,ELEC,Gas(would not use A.C and electric radiator

其他:短租(兩周以內)個人提供生活必需品:油 ,鹽,醬油,衛生紙,衣架 (長租者恕皆自理)

The other:I offer vegetable oil,salt,soy sauce,tissue and clothes stand for tenant who live within two weeks

其他設施:冰箱,烤麵包機,電鍋,廚具,洗衣機

Facility:fridge,toaster,Automatic cooker and steamer,Knife and board,washing machine

管理:家裡含我五人,希望大家都能像家人一樣互相幫忙及照應.但也有些基本的要求:

Rules:Do the kitchen duty after you cook.Mop the floor after you take the shower.Unhang dry clothes.Keep silent at the midnight and do not take someone to spend the night in your room.

       廚房使用後清潔,洗水槽碗盤清潔並清菜渣,浴室地板使用後擦乾並保持乾淨,衣服晾乾後收疊

       晚上不要大聲喧嘩,不要帶人過夜,都是較基本的要求

押金:兩週房租,若無異常損壞及超常用水電,絕對在退房當天退還
